Shipping & Returns


Shipping Time - Most orders will ship within one or two business days of the order being placed. Orders with missing or erroneous information may be delayed further. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Out-of-Stock Products does not back-order product.

If a product was unavailable at the time your order was shipped and you would still like to receive that item, please order it again. If the item you ordered was discontinued by the manufacturer and no longer available, you will have received a notification of this with your order.

While we make every effort to ensure that our inventory is correctly reflected by the stock indicator on this website, we accept no liability for errors that may occur, nor will we offer any compensation for items that are ordered and not shipped.

Special Orders

Under certain circumstances, we are able to place special orders for items that we do not normally carry in inventory. Please email or call us with your special order and we will determine if we are able to bring that product in for you.

Special Order Items are those:

  • That appear on with the label *Special Order

  • Items that HEADSHOT AIRSOFT normally does not carry in inventory.

  • Item that custom configured to specifications provided by the customer.

  • Items that have not yet arrived at HEADSHOT Airsoft, but can be purchased (PRE-ORDER).

  • Special Order items can be returned or exchanged as per our Return & Exchange Policy. Some special order items may be deemed final sale, and this will be communicated to you at the time of placing your order.

  • Special Order Items are not in-stock and must be ordered from the supplier.

  • Special Orders usually ship in 7 - 14 business days, but shipping may be delayed if the supplier is out of stock at the time of order. If you are in a hurry, contact us for a shipping estimate.

International Orders

Some items that we carry may not be shipped outside of Canada due to legal requirements and distribution agreements with various suppliers. These items will be marked with the disclaimer, "This item may not be shipped outside of Canada." While we endeavour to tag all items of this sort, there may be instances where some items have not been marked appropriately. Any international orders that include these items will not be processed until we first contact you, and inform you that your order contains items that we are unable to ship. At that point, you may choose to have those items removed from your order and have the money for those items returned to you while proceeding with the rest of the order, or you may request to cancel your order in its entirety, as which point your purchase will be fully refunded.

Free Shipping

Please Note: Effective June 1st, 2018, free shipping only applies to destinations in Canada that are accessible by ground routes. Those areas accessible only by air are exempt from this offer. Those postal codes starting with the following are possibly serviced only by air: A0K, G0G, J0M, P0L, P0V, R0B, S0J, T0H, T0P, V0J, V0N, V0P, V0R, X0A, X0B, X0C, X0E, Y0B. If your area is serviced only by air, then our free shipping offer does not apply and we will contact you at the email address or phone number you provided regarding the costs of your shipment.

Select oversized items may be excluded from our free shipping promotion. In some cases, additional shipping fees could apply. Check the product page for an "Oversized Item" listing.


The following policy applies to items purchased on the website. This policy does not apply to items purchased Headshot Airsoft store. Please contact our store for details on the In-Store Return Policy.

No returns or exchanges other than to replace a defective unit or if you have received the wrong product.

All web returns and exchanges must be arranged through the Headshot Airsoft store, located at 399 Main street, Gatineau Quebec.

I received the wrong product - What do I do?

Please report any incorrectly shipped items immediately by calling us 873-880-1444. Claims will only be handled if reported within 5 business days of the receipt of your package(s). You will receive full instructions on how to return your item at this time.

Headshot Airsoft will credit you the purchase price upon receipt of the item at our warehouse once it has passed inspection. If you have opened or used the item that was sent to you in error, we will not be able to accept your return.

Headshot Airsoft will credit you for the cost of the return shipping if the return or exchange is required as a result of an error on our part. We will setup the pickup of your item once we have accepted to take the item back.

I received someone else's order - What should I do?

In the event that you receive someone else's order, please contact us toll-free at 873-880-1444 for instructions on how to return the package.
